Three hundred a month, no feature wall
Many compressors slice capability into plans. Image Optimizer 2.0 does not. Free and Pro both get watermark, watch folders, compare, target size, nine formats, PDF, upscale, and cutout. The difference is 300 images per calendar month versus unlimited after buyout.
The only gate is the count. Watermark, watch, PDF, upscale, and cutout are open on the free tier.
How the count works
- Free: 300 per calendar month, reset next month.
- Failures do not count. Upscale, cutout, and PDF successes do.
- Exhausted quota shows an upgrade prompt. Jobs are not silently dropped.
- The old “25 a day” line is retired. Do not repeat it.
Pro activates with a CD-Key. Landing price is $14.99 on the English page and ￥79.99 on the Chinese page. Buyout allows at most 3 devices. Unbind one on the license page or the unbind page when the slots are full. See Overview.
Store versus direct
Windows can install from the Microsoft Store. Store updates come from the Store. In-app update checks are off. The Store build cannot download the upscale engine from the network. Compress, convert, cutout, PDF, and watch still work. Use the direct installer for 2×/4×.
Do not
- Do not read buyout as a feature-unlock pack. Features are already on.
- Do not write “unlimited devices.”
- Do not treat in-app stats as worldwide DAU. That page is this computer.
