1. License Grant

  • A non-exclusive license to install and use the Software on the authorized number of devices
  • Software updates during the license validity period

  • Each license allows activation on a specified number of devices
  • You can unbind devices through official channels to switch devices
  • Abuse of the device unbinding feature may result in license revocation

  • Image compression optimization
  • Format conversion (WEBP, AVIF, JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, HEIF, JP2K, etc.)
  • Image cropping
  • Batch processing

Features may change with version updates, and we reserve the right to modify features.

4. Disclaimer

4.1 Software Usage

  • The Software is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties
  • We do not guarantee that the Software will run uninterrupted or be completely error-free
  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by using the Software

4.2 User Content

  • You are fully responsible for the images you process using the Software
  • Please ensure you have the right to process the relevant images
  • We are not responsible for data loss caused by image processing; please backup important files before processing

4.3 Data Security

  • All image processing is done locally; we do not store your images
  • Users are responsible for their own data backups
  • The Software does not provide data recovery features

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the Software and related content belong to us
  • User interface, icons, documentation, etc. are protected by copyright
  • Unauthorized use of our trademarks or branding is prohibited

6. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your license key secure
  • Losses caused by license key disclosure are your responsibility
  • Please contact us immediately if you discover unauthorized use

7. Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Software services
  • Update software features and pricing
  • Modify these terms of service
